Truth in Love
Ephesians 4:15 is a powerful verse that speaks to the importance of speaking the truth in love. It reads, “Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.”
At first glance, this verse may seem straightforward, but its implications are far-reaching. The apostle Paul, who wrote this letter to the Ephesians, is encouraging believers to speak truthfully and honestly with one another, but to do so in a way that is loving and compassionate. In other words, our words should not be used as weapons to hurt or harm others, but rather as tools to build up and encourage them.

Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT IS CBI?
Cornerstone Bible Institute is for anyone who desires a deeper understanding of the Bible while developing a deeper walk with God. In an adult education setting, courses are designed to be at a college level without having to commit to full-time studies or great financial outlays. Students can take up to two classes a semester, each in a 90-minute block of time on Monday, Thursdays and/or Saturdays.
Since classes are college level, instruction is lecture style and includes outside reading, additional research, and periodic exams. Our goal is to make these classes financially and academically accessible while giving students greater levels of understanding of the Christian walk and life.
